We’re halfway through 2025.
Take a breath. That alone is something.

Not one that asks you to hustle harder or catch up.
One that gently says: Hey, you’ve been doing more than you realize. Let’s look at that.

Here are a few questions to sit with as you reflect:

  • What have I been trying at lately—even if it’s messy or imperfect?

  • Where have I shown up even when it felt hard?

  • What’s one thing I’ve learned about myself in the last six months?

  • What small win am I proud of—even if it wouldn’t look impressive on paper?

  • What’s something I want more of in the second half of the year?

Maybe you’ve been navigating big changes. Maybe you’re holding it all together for your family.
Maybe you’re simply tired—and still showing up.

That counts.
That matters.
That is progress.

If trying has been the theme of your year so far, then you’re already on the right track. You’re doing the work. You’re staying in the game. That effort—those little daily choices to keep going, keep caring, keep showing up—isn’t invisible.

So instead of rushing into a brand-new to-do list, maybe just ask:

  • What can I let go of?

  • What rhythms or routines are helping me—and which ones are draining me?

  • What would feel good to carry into the second half of the year?

This mid-year moment isn’t about perfection. It’s a chance to reconnect.
To realign with what matters to you.

You don’t need a five-point plan by Monday. You just need one next right step.
